Are your products suitable for care home use?

Yes. Our equipment is specifically selected for professional care environments. All products are designed for durability, reliability, and everyday use by care staff, and are sourced from trusted manufacturers.

Are your products registered medical devices?

Yes. Our products are MHRA Registered Medical Devices, so you can be confident they meet the required UK regulatory standards for safety and quality.

Do you only supply to care homes?

Our primary focus is professional care settings – care homes, hospitals, rehabilitation centres, and community care providers – but we also work with hotels, leisure centres, and logistics companies who need mobility solutions.

Can your equipment help us improve our CQC ratings?

Better equipment supports better, safer care — and that can absolutely contribute to improved outcomes during inspections. Several of our products directly support safe moving and handling, fall prevention, and dignified patient care, all of which are areas CQC assess.

Are your products new or refurbished?

All of our equipment is brand new. We do not supply refurbished or second-hand products.

Do you offer product demonstrations?
